EXCURSIONS & PERMISSION FORMS
Parents can expect to receive notification in writing of camps, excursions, sport competition or any other event that will take students off the Craigieburn Secondary College campus, as well as some events which are conducted on site after hours.
The notification letter will be accompanied by an Indemnity Form. This is a critical form for the college; we have a legal obligation to send this form out for each activity. The form serves two purposes: firstly it gives parents/guardians the opportunity to update any medical information relevant to their child; and secondly it provides us with your consent to render medical attention as required in the case of illness or accident whilst your child is on the activity.
We ask that parents complete the form by the date indicated and have your child return the form accompanied with the payment to the General Office.
Permission forms are also available to download from the relevant sub school calendar. Simply locate your sub school calendar by clicking below. Open the date of the activity and click the attachment permission form. This form can be printed out at your convenience.
The College Canteen is operated by a private company. They provide a wide range of nutritious food at competitive prices. The canteen is open before school, recess and lunchtimes. Students may order lunch before 8:55am, before the end of recess or purchase food across the counter.
